Pennyblackmusic is previewing the North Coast Music Festival, which will take place over the Labor Day Weekend of September 1st-3rd in Union Park in West Randolph Street in Chicago. Promoted as 'Summer's Last Stand' and now in its eighth year, the North Coast Music Festival has won a reputation for being one of the great annual American festivals. It prominently features electronic, hip-hop and rock acts, and this year's bill is typically ambitious and vibrant, featuring both well-known acts and artists newer to the festival circuit. The line-up for first day on Friday September 1st consists of a special collaboration between headliners Deadmau5 and Eric Prydz, and also Gucci Mane, Bonobo, Lil Dicky, Lettuce, BadBadNotGood, The Russ Liquid Test, Harrison Brown, WebsterX, Akenya and Edamame. The second day on Saturday September 2nd features headliner Damien Marley and STS9, Carnage, Big Boi, Joe Russo's Almost Dead, Post Malone, Manic Focus, Don Diablo, Tank and the Bangas, A Tribe Called Red, Whethan, Spafford, Sunsquabi, Goldfish, London on da Track, Saint Wknd and Carlile. The bill for the third day on Sunday September 3rd consists of hesdliners Ween, and Tipper, Skepta, Hippie Sabotage, Destructo, The Cool Kids, Elephante, Electric Guest, Late Night Radio, Vallas Alps, Kabo and Rich Jones.
