Tunng vs. Dollboy - Tunng vs Dollboy / Dollboy vs Tunng

Label: Static Caravan
Format: 7"
Low budget 7" split single on Static Caravan label, which showcases electro acts Dollboy and Tunng

Review

This low-budget 7" on England's Solihull's Static Caravan gives you another magnificent Tunng track. Veering towards the void that the Beta Band have left, Tunng stand proud although they have no apparent Scottish roots. Tunngs' official side - I checked the matrix numbers; you can't fool me with your insisting on using double A-side cutting-room numbers-has a lovely display of snares and a narrative on wandering about. I know of one Simon Mason who would be proud of be telling such a story. On the other side though-that's the next numeral after the one that was inscripted into the vinyl, with the slash 'A' extension. Are you still with me ?-it's Dollboy who takes over. Walking the same paths, Dollboy's contribution is remixed by Tunng and comparisons to Beta Band and Tunng prove difficult now. Ermmm, shag Dollboy while nobody's watching and go for Tunng is what I would suggest really.

Track Listing:-

1 Tunng- People Folk (The Rushey Green Morris Mix)
2 Dollboy- Cymbaline And Celeste (Dollbeast Mix)
