intro
Bill Gray takes photographs of Los Angeles-based psychedelic rockers the Warlocks at Broadcast in Glasgow
The Warlocks are an American rock band, who were founded in Los Angeles in 1998 by guitarist/singer Bobby Hecksher. The group, who have become renowned for their epic form of psychedelic/epic rock, have been through many changes of line-up in recent years with Hecksher the only consistent link, but currently also consists of John Christian Rees (guitar, feedback), Earl V, Miller (guitar), Christopher DiPino (bass guitar) and George Serrano (drums). The Warlocks recently released their much-acclaimed first album in first years ‘Skull Machine’, and in March played a short five-date tour of Britain to promote it. These photographs of the Warlocks were taken by Bill Gray on March 12th at Broadcast in Glasgow.
