Above average melodic Britpop on latest single from up-and-coming British group the Tunics

If wishes could be over heard, I could safely report on what those of the Tunics are. 'Cost Of Living' was one of the missing pieces from the Tunics' debut album, 'Somewhere in My Heart', which I was supposed to review. Not that this would drastically change my opinion. The two songs from this 'tube promo' as the French would call it confirms the status of The Tunics: one next to the Last Shadow Puppets. The Tunics reproduce melodic Britpop with just enough flair to make it stand out from the crop. But just.
