Let’s start with the name Pull Tiger Tail, It’s pretty meaningless and generic and as far as I can tell so is the content of this song. It is very much a song in the style of everything that has made it in the last few years. An amalgamation of all the things the skinny jeans indie kids love. It is a simple song with thumping drums and a Futureheads sounding guitar riff. Combined with a catchy chorus this song isn’t innovative or groundbreaking and maybe that’s why it’s lost with me.
For all the aforementioned trendy indie kids this will go down a treat, it will make them want to turn up their stereo and have a sing-a-long and who am I to put a stop to that?
