The re-press for the wonderful 'Aquamarine' track by Cato. The gentle guitarmeanderings, stuffed with youthful insecurity, still sound as fresh as when they did heard first on the Peel and Lamacq Shows. Now on immaculatetransparent vinyl it's even a treat to those who managed to get copies off the first run.
On the flipside Kaito, tipped for the top, but we're still waiting in anticipation, repeat their reminder that pop music is the greatest promise that they hold. The sheer energy and touch of class is still unrivalled by many of today's indie combo's. Their 'Go' renders what it tells.
