‘She Was Always Cool’ is the third and latest single from London indie guitar band the Brute Chorus, and is only available on seven inch vinyl and as a digital download. The title track is edgy and gritty with a huge dose of Mockney humour. It is very catchy with decent basslines and a strong sense of progression. ‘Artemissia’, is much more delicate, very soft like a Nick Drake or Tim Buckley number and also recalls early Leonard Cohen.
