When Electrelane began there was excitement and anticipation, girls and music. not pop. After wowing many labels they went on to set up their own record label ‘Let’s Rock’. They released their debut album called ‘Rock It To The Moon’ and received many accolades from all corners of the world and the media. They supported Le Tigre, Ed Harcourt and ..Trail Of Dead. They were loved by Lamacq and hated by Hearsay. Now Electrelane are re-releasing stand out album track, ‘Film Music’, complete with brand new remixes. Originally released on ltd 7" Film Music is a sublime track and has been re-mixed by Echoboy, Jagz Kooner and Treva Whateva, plus a Mister Speaker Remix exclusive to limited 7". Electrelane will be playing one off ‘FILM SHOWS’ at The Duke of York, Brighton on 17th August and The Electric Cinema, London on 4th September. They also play Ladyfest Glasgow 13th August, supporting BS2000 at The Garage London,15th August and will also be at Reading/Leeds Festival.
